易贸服如何连接 WhatsApp?How does TradEase connect to WhatsApp?

客服端通过扫码或凭据包在本机建立连接。WhatsApp socket 与账号会话由桌面主进程统一管理,不会让多个进程同时操作同一份 session。Accounts connect locally through QR login or an authorized credential package. The desktop main process exclusively owns each WhatsApp socket and session.

支持哪些系统?数据会跟着安装包被删除吗?Which systems are supported, and will updates remove my data?

支持 Windows 与 macOS。账号凭据、数据库、媒体与日志存放在独立用户数据目录,覆盖安装或自动更新不会删除业务数据。TradEase supports Windows and macOS. Credentials, databases, media and logs live in a separate user-data directory and are preserved across updates or reinstallations.

翻译与 AI 如何计费?How are translation and AI usage billed?

翻译和 AI 按实际词元消耗计费,并根据版本应用倍率。商户也可接入自己的兼容 API Key;具体策略与可用模型在中台统一配置。Translation and AI are metered by actual token usage with plan-based multipliers. Merchants may also connect compatible API keys and govern models centrally.

语音能力目前支持到什么范围?What does voice support today?

当前正式范围为 WhatsApp 1:1 语音呼入、呼出与音频电呼,并提供铃声、麦克风、通话状态和会话内通话记录。视频、群通话与屏幕共享属于后续规划。The current scope covers inbound and outbound WhatsApp 1:1 voice plus audio outreach, with ringing, microphone controls, live status and in-thread history. Video, group calls and screen sharing remain future work.

团队如何管理敏感客户信息?How can teams protect sensitive customer information?

高级版及以上可启用全局隐私脱敏;会话质检还可根据敏感词命中,向工作台实时下发带消息 ID 的脱敏指令。权限、租户数据和云端链路也分别隔离保护。Advanced plans can enable workspace-wide privacy masking. QA policies can also push message-specific masking instructions in real time, while access, tenant data and cloud transport remain separately protected.
